Application

The machine is a new type of intelligent rotary tablet machine, which is suitable for compressing more complex materials (traditional Chinese medicine) and it can have efficient tablet production. ZP45 system uses PLC control; touch screen can display working turntable speed, current working pressure of each punch, the production name, batch number, production time, impeller speed of forced feeding. Customer can set the system pressure, average pressure filling pressure, pre-press and the main pressure, tablet production. This machine has an emergency stop, overload protection and can record and display overpressure fault content. Can read U disk or print every ten minutes work time data.
