Working
Principle

working positions are evenly distributed in triple coaxial disks (include upper
disk, middle disk and lower disk). Every working position has an independent
set tool. The tools include upper punch, die, and lower punch (include core rod).
The tools were distributed on the disk according to the pressing curve (include
feeding, pressing, ejecting). The rigid machining precision of the press
assures the pressing's consistencies of the parts because the upper punch and
lower punch are working in synchronization. The press according to the pressing
curve finishes the bi-directional pressing and the die ejection. Mechanical
bi-directional pressing simultaneously guarantees the even density of the
products. The
pressing speed is infinitely variable and counting of products is automatic.
Forced lubrication to the worm gear and electric-magnetic clutch for braking is
designed. Inching operation function protects the safety of the pressing tool.
