Main application

CH series notch shaped mixer is widely used for mixing powder or wet materials, and can make the materials in different proportions mixed uniformly. The parts of the machine which contact with materials are made of stainless steel. The gap between blades and the inner wall of the cylinder is very small, so there's no"dead corner" in mixing. Seal devices are fixed on both ends of the stirring shaft to prevent the materials from rushing out. Feed hopper is controlled through buttons. So it's very convenient to feed or discharge materials. This type of mixer is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff industry and so on.

Working Principle

With S type agitating paddle rotating by mechanical drive, it makes the material turn repeatedly and mix uniformly. The machine adopts electrical control and it can set mixing time to realize automatic stop and electric discharge upon expiration function. Thus it can enhance each batch of material mixing efficiency and achieve the high homogeneous mixing.
