Application
HLSG wet mixing granulation
can accomplish the process of mixed humidification function, granulation. It's
extensively applied in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. Moreover, it
is advanced equipment that meets the requirements of GMP and it has the
characteristic of high efficiency and quality, low consumption and pollution,
and security.
Feature:
1 the machine is controlled
by electronic program (man-machine interface - optional), and adopts unified
process in order to ensure stable quality. In addition, it can also be manually
operated for purpose of mastering the parameters and processes.
2 Because paddle and
cutter adopt frequency control, it's easy to control particle size.
3 Rotating shaft
chamber is sealed by air inflation, eliminating the dust adhesion phenomena. It
has automatic cleaning function.
4 conical chute makes
material shake roll evenly. Bottom of the chute has an interlayer, which internally
installed circulation system, so constant temperature performance is better
than ordinary air-cooled systems; that's why granulator quality get improved.
5 with using paddle
lifting system, it's conducive to clean paddle and pot.
