Application
This machine is composed of feeding,
granulation, screening, dust, hydraulic device and frequency control. GL1-25
type dry granulation machine can understand its formability just for 100 grams
powder and get the desired particle. Particle size, density, hardness is adjusted
by PLC automatic control and adapt to different requirements. So it
greatly improves the yield with high efficiency. Moreover, it also has the
characteristic of high degree of automation, convenient operation and
maintenance, low noise, good versatility. It is widely used in pharmaceutical,
cosmetic, food and other fields. Additionally, material contact parts and
surface are made of stainless steel; pressure roller adopts special
wear-resistant material. Furthermore, it is featured as simple and reasonable
structure, easy clean, convenient discharge, no dead corner and conforms to GMP
requirement.
