Work Principle

Dry granulator blends powder with supplementary material evenly into dry mixer, and then shifts composite sheet, into which compress the powder by Pinch Roller. Finally, it makes into pelletized granule after smashing sheets in the crush box. The size of the particles is determined by the screen size. Finished Particles are dry, which can be directly used to make tablets or filling capsules, eliminating the drying process. Not only does it reduce drying process that can damage the environment by drying exhaust, but also it especially greatly reduces the energy consumption.
